Student Analyst Program: Supporting Future Behavior Analysts

At Butterfly Effects, we recognize the dedication, commitment, and
financial challenges involved in becoming a BCBA. To support
students working toward this goal, we offer those in the final six
months of their master’s program the opportunity to earn paid
restricted and unrestricted hours, helping them meet the BCBA
examination fieldwork requirements.

Paid hours

The program pays for up to 520 unrestricted and 520 restricted hours.

Supervision

Students will receive supervision from an experienced BCBA along with personalized support from the Director of Professional Development.

Requirements

Students must be within six months of taking the BCBA exam and have full-time availability.

Students will participate in a specially designed curriculum to enhance their applied knowledge of ABA, align with the BACB BCBA Task List standards, and build their skills as future BCBAs. Additionally, we provide coaching and test preparation materials to help you succeed on the BCBA exam.

Are you eligible?

To be eligible, students should meet the following criteria:

  • Successfully completed 680+ unrestricted hours.
  • Successfully completed 280+ restricted hours.
  • Within six months of meeting the criteria to sit for the BCBA exam.
  • Maintained a favorable performance record for the last six months.
  • Consistently received satisfactory scores on supervisor evaluations.
