$750 Referral to be paid out as follows: $250 after referral completes 100 billed hours, $500 after 200 billed hours.

$1,000 for every BCBA referral – $500 after referral completes 3 months, $500 after 6 months.

Receive $250 for every corporate employee referral that works with Butterfly Effects – To be paid out after referral completes 90 days of employment.
